General Booking procedure :

 

Booking can be made  30 days in advance from the date of check in.

( If any booking made more than 30 days in advance then full booking amount has to be paid at the time of booking confirmation and no money is refunded back in case of any modification or cancellation ). 

 

One day full payment has to be paid for 01 to 03 days booking and so on ( i.e 2 days full payment is required for 04 to 06 days of booking) .

 

We may also take pencil booking without taking an advance, but we have full right to cancel the booking any moment   without informing you for a better business or any other reason.

 

Alteration of booking :

 

Any extension of the present booking is possible against the availability of the property and it is required a payment of 1 day full for every 3 days stay.

 

In case the stay is decreased, it will be calculated according to the normal cancellation policy.

 

Cancellation :

 

Any  cancellation done ( Applicable for all booking made within 30 days from the  check in date ) : 

 

before  7 days of arrival ( check in time is 12 pm)  is free.

Within 7days to 3 days before   arrival – 15% of total stay amount is charged

Within 3 days to 1 day before arrival -  35 % of total stay amount is charged

Any Cancellation done within 24 Hours before arrival  or in case of no show,  100% of the total stay amount will be charged.

 

Payment process :

 

You can pay by cash or you can transfer money to our given bank account.

 

50% of total stay amount has to be  paid before 3 days of arrival. In case you have already paid any advance amount, then you have to pay the balance amount.

 

25% of the total stay amount has to be paid after check in within 2 Hours.  In case you have already paid any advance amount, then you have to pay the balance amount.

 

Rest 25 % of the total  stay amount has to be paid before 2 hours of check out.  In case you have already paid any advance amount, then you have to pay the balance amount.

 

All food bills & other charges has to be settled daily basis.

   

Documentation :

 

All adult guests have to submit one ID and Address proof photo copy at the time of check in.

 

Special guide line :

 

UNMARRIED COUPLES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Visitors are allowed  to wait or sit in the living area or common sitting place.
